珠海赛比特电气设备有限公司坐落在美丽的南海滨城-----珠海。离澳门仅一步之遥，距香港45海里。具有良好的区域优势和发达的国际物流网络。公司主要核心人员均在高频开关电源和光伏发电的研发销售、生产领域沉浸十多年,对电力电子和新能源产品技术有着丰富的实战经验。
公司自从成立之日起,即定下以电力电子技术为基础，将电力电子技术应用于新能源发电及节能领域，致力于光伏/风力等新能源并网发电核心部件的研发制造，以节能减排产品为公司的基本发展方向。
2005年3月，公司正式成立。同时公司研发的高频开关直流系统和无功补偿系列产品开始在四川、重庆、陕西、江苏、广东、云南、贵州等地的电力工程项目中得到广泛应用。
2006年，公司并网逆变器项目获得珠海市科技立项的鼎力支持；
2007年，公司完成SBTS-3500型系列并网逆变器研发,并进入产品产业化；
2008年，公司凭借自身技术优势，又开辟了一系列高效节能减排产品--回馈式节能电子负载，并迅速取得爱默生能源等业界的认可；
赛比特产品均拥有自主知识产权的国家专利，各项技术指标均领先国内并达到国际领先水平。公司及其产品先后取得ISO9001、CE、EMC等证书，产品广泛应用在国内各省市的交通、石化、电力电网、银行证券、电源制造企业等领域；其中高频并网逆变电源，可将光伏电池、风力发电机、燃料电池等可再生能源所产生的电能转换成符合电网要求的电能并输入电网，是可再生能源并网发电的核心部件。该产品在中山大学电力电子研究所投入使用一年多，2008年2月16日，中山大学电力电子研究所将本公司产品与国际品牌德国SMA产品在使用现场进行了比较测试，鉴定其性能更优越。
